How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Account, then tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently erases your account, profile, leagues, collection, XP, and all data stored on your device and our servers. It cannot be undone. If you are unable to access the app, email us at hello@boxfort.co and we will delete your account for you.
I bought a booster pack but didn't receive it. What do I do?
Booster packs are delivered instantly after Apple confirms the purchase. If a pack did not arrive, force-quit and reopen the app so it can re-verify your receipt. If it still hasn't appeared, email us at hello@boxfort.co with the date and time of purchase and we'll make it right.
How do refunds work?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Are booster packs gambling?
No. Booster packs contain virtual collectible cards only. They have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for money. The odds for each card rarity are disclosed in the shop before any purchase.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, then go to Profile → Settings and use Sign in with Apple followed by Sync League Data to restore your profile and progress.
