1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sidekick mobile app or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Local-First Nature

Sidekick provides a interface for predicting match outcomes and comparing selections. We do not provide real money gambling or bookmaker services. All comparisons are conducted peer-to-peer using url encoding, and we bear no responsibility for the actions or arrangements of users.

3. Intellectual Property

All brand elements, artwork, logic codes, schemas, and source materials are the sole property of Boxfort Inc. You may not distribute or copy our materials without express authorization.

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases

Sidekick offers optional in-app purchases for virtual booster packs and in-game gold. All paid booster pack purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not offer external payment methods for virtual items inside the iOS app.

Virtual items — including gold, booster packs, tactical booster cards, and squad player cards — have no real-world cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or prizes, and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred to other users or platforms.

Booster packs contain four random items. Drop rates are disclosed in the app before purchase, including per-card probabilities for tactical boosters and squad player rarity tiers (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary). Results are random and not guaranteed.

5. Disclaimers & Liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Boxfort Inc. is not liable for data loss, app downtime, or prediction inaccuracies.
